I called on a Friday afternoon about an issue with the EIS on my 2009 Mercedes c300 and was told that the price range to get it fixed would be between $800-$1200 and to get the car towed over the weekend which I did. On Wednesday of the following week I got a call from Phil (Manager) saying that the part that the car needs is in back order and that they can fix my EIS ( electronic ignition switch) but this time the price changed and it went op to $1864.60 so I said ok, I will pay the money as long as the car gets fixed the same way that it was. The next day I get a call from Phil and was told that the car is ready and everything is in working order. So I went and paid the money and when I checked out the car 1-the steering wheel does not lock, 2- the navigation screen does not go up and down when you turn on/off the car, it has to be done manually, 3- the SRS is disabled, 4- when I push the button to lock the car it takes 4-5 seconds for the car to lock sometimes even 11 seconds after I push the lock button. I know about cars and I also called Mercedes of Orlando and they told me that it is true that the part is in back order and with taxes included they would have charged me $1176.00. What Phil did is bypassed my EIS and told me that he had an outside guy coming and doing the work. I did talk to him about it and he gave me the option to leave the car there and he’d put it back in the condition that it was and would refund me. I was thinking on doing that and then something told me to get the car out of there before they do more damage to the car for loosing business. Ps. He claimed that he put a new (dusty/scratched) battery in it included in the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone
