Service was amazing! I was told by my dealership that my brakes were in need of replacement, so I took it to C & G Auto Center for a second opinion. They told me my dealership lied to me and that my brakes were completely fine. The manager took it upon himself to show me how to examine my own brake pads to check if they were bad or not! I really appreciated their honesty and them going the extra mile to help me do my own investigation the next time. I also appreciate their willingess to help me and not scam me for money. It was free of charge! I will definitely be coming back again for any work I need on my car!

I was traveling for work, and far away from home. My A/C gave out on me in 94° heat. I had a short amount of time. I called from 2+ hours away, and spoke to Phil. I explained the situation and he said, "Got it. Come on in. When you get here, ask for Phil. I'll get you right in. We'll see what's going on." That's exactly what happened. After trying some potentially quick solutions in an attempt to help with my short time line, the team deduced that the solution to my problem was a longer fix than I could stick around for. While the A/C couldn't be fixed at that time, they still worked on it, used billable time, personnel, materials, and resources, but charged me nothing. $0. If that isn't the definition of an ethical, honest, and kind business... I don't know what is. Orlando, if you all are going to another shop, you're wasting time and money.

My car broke down on the highway and I had to have it towed and I sent it to C & D Auto Repair. Phil was great. He let us leave our car there overnight until AAA was able to tow it to Satellite Beach Florida where we live if only all companies worked like Phil and his company It would be great. Thank you Phil for all your help. I appreciate it so much. Thank you.
